Abstract

Disclosed is a nucleic acid molecule capable of increasing the resistance to nematode infection of a plant, comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding a polypeptide with collagenase activity or a precursor thereof, said nucleotide sequence being in operable linkage to a promoter active in plants.
On décrit une molécule d'acide nucléique, pouvant accroître la résistance d'une plante aux infections à nématodes, et comprenant une séquence nucléotidique qui code un polypeptide à activité collagénase, ou un de ses précurseurs, et qui est liée fonctionnellement à un promoteur actif chez les plantes.
