Abstract

The present invention relates to compositions and methods for altering enzyme reactions. In particular, the invention relates to composition and methods for using RNA polymers to inhibit RNase enzymes, to remove RNA-binding enzymes and proteins from solution and to enhance certain enzymatic reactions.
La présente invention concerne des compositions et des procédés permettant de modifier des réactions enzymatiques. En particulier, l'invention concerne une composition et des procédés permettant d'utiliser des polymères d'ARN pour inhiber les enzymes RNases, pour retirer des enzymes de liaison d'ARN et des protéines d'une solution et pour favoriser certaines réactions enzymatiques.
